With 16 years of experience in the knitwear industry, I have seen how small gaps in communication and coordination can become larger challenges during development and production.
Finding a suitable factory is only one part of the journey. Brands also need clear sampling feedback, realistic cost information, visibility into production progress and support when issues arise.
